Karen was very helpful and amazing finding me and my family a home, making us feel very wanted at her facility. Place is wonderful and a peaceful. Will recommend to my friends and family.

This is the place to be!!! Very clean and well maintained from the grounds, to the pool to the fitness center, ect... So far my experience has been nothing but positive. Karen is amazing!!!! She is a breathe of fresh air and knows what she is doing and will make you feel at ease throughout the application and move in process. She has by far one of the best attitudes and attention to all the minor details to make you feel at home. She is on point with any questions, concerns you may have. James is simple awesome and very accommodating. He is there for your maintenance needs and responds very quickly. I can tell you I have search for a place to live and this one me and my family can actually call home!!! I have even recommended this complex to my friend and there are in the process of applying themselves. I think Karen and James are a super team and work very hard to make sure you feel like you are living in an all inclusive resort. Thank you guys so much for all you have done for us!!

I called on January 04, 2022 and spoke with Karen, Property Manager, to see if there were any availability in her property. She had one unit available and I can move by today. My lease at my other location was ending on January 09, 2022 so that was a perfect timing. The application process was great but for some reason I was having a hard time submitting my payment, but Karen came in right away to assist me with my issues and made the whole process go smoothly without any delay. Karen replies quick, either by email or by text or by phone. I love the neighbors and the community in whole. Very clean and quiet. There's even carts near the elevator to help assist with groceries, etc. Whatever your needs or wants is Karen is there quickly to help resolve. Karen made us feel comfortable and trustworthy of her. I love Karen professionalism, her smile, and her dress code is on point. So far the neighbors all said, I Love It Here!" And, "Karen is Awesome!" Thank you so much Karen for making us feel important and part of a new family.

I called on January 04, 2022 and spoke with Karen, Property Manager, to see if there were any availability in her property. She had one unit available and I can move in by tomorrow.
