The rental rate is for the US OPEN period from June 7, 2025 - June 16, 2025.
Resort-like is an understatement when describing all of the amenities in this sprawling, private and fenced backyard. At the center, there’s a heated game pool (3.5' to 5.5'). Surrounding the pool is a festive tiki bar, outdoor kitchen, multiple big screen TVs, hot tub, grills and 2 fire pits. Test your skills on the outdoor billiard table or lighted corn hole court. The entire space has been designed for comfort, fun, and entertainment. Inside the home, in the lower level man cave, the fun continues with a full size skeet table, big screen TV with recliner seating, a dining area and a kitchenette. There is also another full bathroom on this level.
The main living area includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (2 Queens and a Master adjustable mattress King ensuite), accommodating up to 6 guests. The homeowners will have your refrigerator and/or bar stocked in advance, upon request. No garage access but plenty of parking in the driveway.
Only 7.1 miles to the Open. Or, catch the shuttle from Monroeville Mall.
There are many nearby restaurants to enjoy; among them are Eighty Acres, John Anthonys, and Shooti's Bar and Grill.
