We enjoyed our stay in Eaves. Very good ambience,secured for kids to play. kids never feel bored any time and community/neighbourhood is very cooperative and kid-friendly . Though the maintenance tickets initially were taking slightly longer time (perhaps COVID effect to some extent), emergency tickets were honored immediately.
Later, with change of management, things have improved a lot. Need to mention good initiatives like conducting group resident games, event celebrations ,goodies , breakfast on go by Katrina/Michelle and staff.
Recent exterior renovation gives posh look to community.
Hope, the interiors/appliances would also be upgraded.

Ive been here almost a year and while its more expensive than originally in budget Im so glad I made the decision to go for it because the community is always clean and within a five min walk to everything. Families are lovey and keep their animals in line also. The staff Michelle and Lea are very sweet and informative and go out of their way to make sure the service you receive is quality. Will be renewing my lease another 14 months come August if possible

Ive been with Avalon for more than 10 years and the service I get has been consistent from my east coast
residence up until now. Wouldnt choose any other leasing companies, only Avalon. I appreciate the great service and more power to the rest of the team. Keep it up!

Im leaving this 5 star review SPECIFICALLY for our maintenance technician named John. He has helped us out many times and has always had a great attitude. He is well versed in all of the appliances including a certification in HVAC. The other night we had an emergency call about an appliance and John came over to assist us after hours just to fix this situation. John, Thank you. You have our respect for the work that you do. Please take good care of this man!
