LEASE REQUIREMENTS:
- $2395 per month plus all utilities, Minimum 12 month lease (Lease to start within 45 days of 5-15-2025)
- $50 application fee for credit/criminal/eviction background check
- Must provide proof of gross income (3x amount of rent) in form of pay stubs
- First full month rent due at lease signing
- Security deposit due before moving in (equal to one month's rent)
- Tenant responsible for gas and electric
- Dogs okay, $250 non refundable pet processing fee and $50 monthly pet rent (No Dogs)
