-$40 application fee to run credit/criminal/eviction background check for anyone occupying the unit over the age of 18
-Income must be 3 times the rent, last two pay stubs would be required and a copy of a current photo ID
-Unit will be held only when there is an approved application, signed lease and security deposit paid
-All charges need to be paid in full before move in
-We do not participate in the housing voucher program
- Pets okay with $50 per month pet rent (2 pets permitted) and $250 non refundable processing fee
