Not too long ago this was the only location I would visit because I was so happy with the customer service skills of their staff, the bedside manor of their doctors, and the care I received each time I visited. I can tell you that this is now the third time I have left this office on the verge of tears and exetremely disappointed in the obvious lack of care or empathy (PA-C) Yen Luu has for her patients. My husband has recently visited this location and had an extremely similar and disappointing experience with her as well. I have never had someone talk to me as if I was as stupid as she obviously thought I was in my entire life. She was cold, she was rude, she was unkind, and she doesnt listen because she obviously thinks she already knows everything, including everything about you. I am absolutely disgusted by her as well as her horrendous demeanor. I will NEVER return to this location and you can bet I will make sure that none of my friends and family ever do either. I want to add that the receptionist and nurse were very kind and were the ONLY pleasant thing about my experience. (Which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1) My issue and many others issues are with the PA, which is unfortunately the most important part of the visit and is not someone whos ghastly behavior can be overlooked.

I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. I didn't sit in the room long for the Doctor either ill say not even 10 minutes. I went for my eye which turned out to be an allergy and asked her to look at my tooth which I thought was a hole but my tooth broke in half and so anyway i got eye drops for my eye and she also gave me ibprophen for my tooth pain which I wasn't even expecting. What can I say? We need more people like that to help heal and love go around!!

Amazing staff and great care, even when your the last one in at the end of the night. Went to the emergency room prior just to be brushed aside, here they treated me like a person instead of just a number. The gentleman who checked me in was a sweetheart. The physician, Luu, was even apologetic to hear the way I was treated at the hospital. And Nicole needs to give classes on how well she can give a shot. Thank you for making me feel better.

Fast, friendly, and professional. Had an appointment made for less than 2 hours later, arrived to be greeted by a friendly staff in a clean facility, and was seen within minutes of finishing intake paperwork. Intake questions and standard processes (BP, temperature, height, weight, medical history, etc.) done quickly. Once done, saw the doctor, was checked out, given advice, and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy I always use. Then I was in my way. If it sounds fast, it was. If it sounds efficient, it was. If it sounds like I was shoved through like cattle, I wasnt. Everyone was friendly, took the appropriate amount of time to address the concerns, and make sure they had addressed everything before letting me go. It was a great experience (for going to the doctor). Id definitely go back if there was a need, and Id definitely recommend it to any of my friends that might have a need for urgent care.

I can't even get through to anyone. I am in a lot of pain and they want me to go into the office again so that they can correct it knowing darn well how much pain I am in. It makes no sense. We flew in from Texas today for the AGT auditions in Phoenix! My daughter, who is a singer, got super sick after the flight... she ended up being diagnosed with strep at this urgent care & recvd a steroid shot and RX For antibiotics and another steroid RX. The lady in the front of the urgent care was very helpful getting us checked in and efficient. The wait was a little long, but it really wasnt bad. The nurse who triaged us was great. The PA- Kyle was amazing! He listened to exactly what was going on and agreed with giving her a steroid injection to hopefully get her over the hump so she can sing tomorrow! Thank you SO much to the staff of NextCare Urgent Care. Absolutely nothing but love for you guys! Appreciate yall so much!! Would definitely recommend this urgent care!

The worst Urgent Care I've ever been to. They charged me upfront and then have me stay here for two hours so far. As of writing this review I still have no idea when I am going to be seen by the doctor. All they say is sorry we are busy. Rude staff. There are definitley better options out there than this nightmare!

Two days in a row my mom went to this "clinic" with huge head ache first day she received a shot for the pain, which helped for 5 hrs, the next day she was with same pain so we decided to go again, the doctor said, she she was going to prescribe her something for the pain; it's 10:10pm and I'm at Walgreens and she was prescribed with pseudoephedine, when I ask the pharmacy if that was going to help with the pain she said absolutely not so I called the nextcare customer service 3 times because the two first times they hang up the phone on me when I was trying to explain to them that the doctor had said she was going to prescribe something for the pain, the guy (Josh) that was going over the chart with me wasn't of much help I'm taking my mom to the E.R because the staff of that clinic never prescribed my mom what there were supposed too. Avoid this place they lie to their patients and don't care about their pain.

During my visit I witness him talking to one of the other employees as if they were a child. My mother comes here often and told me he is a racist. Urgent care really needs to reevaluate who they have representing this facility.

As I'm sitting here with my 3 year old son, I'm over hearing a discussion amongst employees that is completely inappropriate. Apparently a male employee's wife is in the service and he's cheating on her. Another female employee is flirting asking where his ring is. I promptly open the door and see 4 people sitting in their communal work area that are all engaging in this conversation. I state, "Your conversation of infidelity is being blasted throughout the facility. I'm sitting here with my 3 year old, we are both tired. This is completely inappropriate." The PA or physician, whatever she is, comes in and attempts to justify their conversation staying that they are working. I responded letting her know that the conversation is completely unprofessional and it certainly didn't seem like they were working. Then the guy comes in with Benadryl for my son that he states was 2.5mL but in reality was 6-7mL when I checked it in front of him. Today is 10/19/2017 at 10:13PM. Ridiculous. I walked out.

He has no personality whatsoever, and belongs in a construction job not a job that requires hospitality. (i myself work hospitality), the doctor didnt care when i told her how awful he was to myself and my three year old. I went in because i thought i had the flu, they swabbed me then told me they were out of flu tests. so only benefit was that i was prescribed tamiflu (although im not 100% i have the flu). dont go there.

I was actually seen at another Urgent Care. They provided me with an antibiotic Kephlex that I am deathly allergic too. It's on their records. I tried to call them back and of course they closed for the night. I was having a hard time taking a breath. I was trying to get a breath in that I was close to hyperventilating. My husband took me over to Next Care Urgent Care on 16th Street and Thomas. We explained the situation and they put me on a breathing treatments, they did xrays of .your lungs. When all was done I was diagnosed with severe Bronchitis. I left with new RX's of antibiotics, more breathing treatments and a steriods. Today I am breathing and it's all thanks to Next Care! Thank you for helping me!

Wouldn't recommend this urgent care to anyone I came here for my self cause i was weezy and could barely breathe and they told me I just needed Vitamin C. I went to the ER the same day cause I almost passed out walking to work and turns out I had Bronchitis. Also came here for my 6 month old daughter and they said she was just teething and there was nothing they could do. Went to her doctor the next day she has a cold and an ear infection. Horrible diagnosis all the time. Wouldn't ever spend money to be seen here.

Customer service was good can't complain there, but when taken to the back when the NP came in the room and started asking what has been going on with my child I informed her then she starts suggesting she might have the flu she ask if she can do a flu test on her I said yes comes back to the room and says they are out of the test, so she stated that all the test she had done on that day to other kids earlier had come out positive so stated that my daughter also had the flu, and just told me to wait in the front for the discharge papers did not give me a chance to ask anything or to see if she could check her for anything else. This was and will be the only time i ever go there giving me false diagnoses for my child a waste of time and money.

Horrible... Can do chest X rays, but not rib X rays, so I was sent to an imaging location to have that done, which I was okay with. However, when I called the next day to see if the results had been read, they told me they hadn't received the images. So, I waited another day and called the imaging location who told me the X rays were sent over the same day they were taken. Needless to say, I called NextCare and they stated they had tried to call me the day before (apparently 20 minutes after I called the day before), but interestingly enough I didn't have any missed calls or any voice messages from them. They stated they were busy and would have someone call me back. I waited about 3 hours before calling back and spoke to someone who said they had just received the images and they would need to review them before calling me back. I mentioned they received them the day I had my X rays done and asked her to put me on hold to check my file again. She did that and when she got back on the phone, she stated the X rays had been received, reviewed and that someone had called me the day before and already discussed the results with me. Obviously, that never happened - otherwise, why would I be wasting my time calling them to have a conversation that apparently already happened! They are a joke and if they can't get it together enough to read a chart, contact their patients to discuss results, know when they've received X rays, etc., how can I have confidence in their ability to diagnose their patients correctly, let alone read an X ray. Would not go back to this location!

I took her to her primary the next day and nothing was wrong with her ears the only test the urgent care didn't do because he said her throat was fine was the strep test and at her primary they did the strep test and she had strep. what a waste of time i want to slap Dr. Kevin Galopin and ask him why he would tell me those things. Not happy at all.

Although the receptionist, radiologist and the wait time were all great, the physician's assistant treated my broken finger in a very unwise manner. He yanked HARD on my finger two times, thinking it was dislocated BEFORE looking at the X Rays that were soon developed. I had told him where it hurt and that I thought it was broken in the center bone, not dislocated.... When he then saw the X Rays, he rather timidly said, "Oh, it IS broken and quite badly..." Left with a finger more sore and soon much more swollen. Ended up at the Banner University ER on McDowell a few hours later where I was very well treated.
