It could be better quality for the price. Gated community yes but all the locks on the gates including some around the pool area are usually broken so whats the use. And the exterior of the property could sure use a paint job and some power washing..

Im not really the type to leave reviews, but in this case i will make an exception to warn you guys to NOT TO MOVE HERE. Reasons why: 1. Not a good location at all. 2. Your neighbors are drugged out homeless people. 3. This is a gated community but yet I still feel unsafe because the locks on the gates are always broken. There were times that drugged out people were actually coming in the gate digging in dumpsters at 1am and just this morning (5:55am- 6:30am) there was one screaming and banging on the walls and knocking on doors. I shouldnt be scared to leave my own apartment to go to work. And where the hell was security!!!! 4. Forget about finding a parking spot unless you rent a garage. You might have to park on the street outside the gate. Where the homeless people stay. 5. The gym is wack. I mean if you want to get a good workout in. With the prices here, im sure you can find a better place. I hope this helps!

This Complex is great and the staff are very friendly and will help you with everything. I was looking for a studio and they had the perfect one overlooking the pool. I truly love coming home after work and hearing the waterfalls at the pool at night, very relaxing! Thanks John Mary and Jessica you guy are the best!

The apartment itself is good. The carpet and washer and dryer included were great as well as our appliances. But the area is bad. Homeless people everywhere. My Christmas decorations were stolen and my car scratched because people have to cram in the bad parking spots especially at night when they all get taken. Sometimes we had to park in the street while a stranger was parked right outside our door! Some reserved parking would be nice. And they don't have 24 hour maintenance. Our thanksgiving dinner was ruined when the fridge stopped working and they came to fix it two days after thanksgiving. For the same price we now rent a house with private garage and a big back yard. You can see how overpriced they can be. But we needed a home asap and they were the only ones with a move in date that would fit our needs.

This place has been wonderful while we were here. We are only leaving so we can be closer to work. The maintenance was always quick and done correctly. Also everything was clean for the most part. The downside that people will say is parking is limited. Which it is at night but during the day there is always parking. Another thing people mention is the homeless people but I haven't seen any in the gated area. They normally stay in the park nearby and don't bother you. Overall this place was perfect and I wish I didn't have to leave.

This place is beyond amazing, every maintenance call I have ever requested is fixed ASAP and never have I loved a place so much that I am proud to call my home, to be where I could honestly count on reliable diligence, this place has proven this everytime. I recommend this home to be a wonderful apartment living home, anyone could ever ask for. I'm not one to post inquires regarding my experience unless I have been convinced of it thru action. horrible experience! when I first moved in I had black mold under my kitchen sink I complained about it and they came to spray it with bleach and water. The manager john explained to me that if the mold returned that they would pay for my hotel expenses, and move me out until the issue is fixed. John never called to check on the mold issue which returned and when i did complain he was rude and no longer wanted to pay for my hotel expenses after i have been living iN the mold with my 2 babies for 6 months. Mind you this I also had mold inside of my fridge and freezer it was so bad it was getting inside of my babies drinking water. I had to throw all of my food out that i had left for the month. DO NOT RENT HERE JOHN THE MANAGER IS A SLUM LORD HE MIGHT ACT LIKE HE CARES BUT HE DOESN'T.

After several time frames for replacement provided by the apartment complex, 4 different days, they have yet to fix the air conditioning and have even seen fit to remove the one space air-conditioning that was on loan. This is not the first time an issue has gone unaddressed. It is going to be 112 today. If I could give less stars I would. I will be calling the Arizona housing authority today.

I didn't live here long. However, in my short stay I truly enjoyed my time. The staff is friendly and they love pets. The layout vs price is great for being in downtown PHX. I was lucky enough to snag a third floor apartment with a great view of North Mountain, Camelback Mountain, and North Central mid rises. To me its a little hidden jewel in downtown PHX. For you would be surprised at its location and how nice it is. Thanks Legacy Bungalows for my short stay.

I was a licensed real estate agent in the 2000s. This complex is in the ghetto (drugs), is overpriced (in my opinion). I worked as an apartment locator. It was my job to take prospective residents to this apartment. If they were placed, the apartment would pay my broker a commission out of their advertising budget. I used to deal with a leasing agent named Linda. She was approximately in her mid 60s, gray, short hair, and very, very pleasant. I loved working with her. The staff was wonderful, but the complex is just poorly located and overpriced.

I really like this complex! I have lived here for a year and would definitely recommend it. The staff is always really nice and helpful and is pretty fast about responding to maintenance requests. The pool and jacuzzi are also really nice! The one complaint I have is that most of the walk in gates are usually sitting open a crack, so anyone can walk right in.

I have not had one single issue here since I moved in. The only downside I have found with this place has been that there is a train depot two blocks away and you get the occasional train horn. Aside from that the grounds are always kept clean, and the management is really friendly and great to work with. As far as the review about the management not fixing or replacing anything, the day I moved in one of the bulbs in the kitchen blew out. I went down to the office to find out if they were a special kind and where I could purchase them at. They told me that they would send someone up immediately to take care of it and not to worry about the lights. When I told them that it was not necessary, they gave me the light bulb free of charge. I am very pleased with this complex. UPDATE - Due to some circumstances in my life I had to pay my rent a few days late. I went and explained what was going on to the complex manager and to find out if I could still pay online. She informed me that I could. When I went to pay online I found there to be a sizable 'Convenience Fee' that I would have to pay if I used my card. When I returned to the office and voiced my concerns that I would not be able to obtain a money order at that time of the day (due to not being able pull enough money out of the ATM, I would have to go to my bank) I worried about accruing more late fees than already. She told me to not worry about any further charges and that I could take care of it the following day. I am not exactly thrilled about the convenience fee, but the I am very pleased with the management's willingness to work with me.
