I lived here a year and a half; it was not bad at all but there are some things that can be improved. I was living on a second floor and there were leaks in the bathroom ceiling from day 1 to the last day, they repaired that several times, but I guess the drains and the building is too old. The administration was friendly, and they always repaired everything with a week wait period. I liked to live there because you have almost everything in a walking distance, but I guess I could not take the Junkies and the Weed smell anymore, and not to mention the roaches. Overall, I would not recommend it if you found a better option, but being fair, I guess every single complex is the same until you own a house.
