White Sands is a nice place to live. Any type of issue that goes on, the girls in the office are always quick to let our maintenance guy, Keith, aware of the situation. White sands is just a few blocks from the elementary and high school and only a ten minute drive to the colleges. We are also a very short walk to the beach. Another plus is we can see the fireworks from our balcony on the Fourth of July. It was AWESOME. All together this is a quiet community. We have a lot of families and retired folks in our building who are all very friendly. Keith keeps our pool very clean. He arrives to work very early every morning to make sure our pool is kept nice and clean! We also just received word of even more security that will be added to our complex which is super reassuring living in a city. The complex also lets us decorate our balconies with flowers and hanging baskets. A lot of apartments do not allow that. The girls in the office are always very friendly and helpful. When my family moved in a year ago, they let me sign my lease at 7:00pm so I could hurry and move in. My husband and I just signed another lease for a year.

Management was quick to listen to our issues and surprised us with his actions and assistance. I very much appreciated that professionalism.
This is probably the only apartment complex that has management that truly cares. On top of that, spacious apartments with beautiful views.
