This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a loft offers the perfect space for vacationing. Explore the Channel Islands Harbor with complimentary kayaks and paddleboards.
The first-floor living area offers a sofa, two easy chairs, a 75” smart TV, and stunning views of the water. A double-sided gas fireplace sits in between the living and dining areas. The bright kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances including a side-by-side fridge and a gas range. The dining table has room enough for six.
The main bedroom offers a King size bed and a 65” flat-screen TV. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. The guest bedroom offers two twin over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. An additional private loft area has a Queen size bed and views of the water.
Enjoy the breeze while you relax on the deck. Also, on the deck you will find a gas grill and dining table for six.

This home is appointed with nautical charm throughout. The decorations are contemporary, the kitchen has beautiful quarter-sawn oak cabinetry with a large pantry cabinet. the lime green kayak was wonderful to use in the harbor. We really enjoyed kayaking in the harbor and it was much easier than expected. We also brought our own e-bikes and rode around the beach
This is a very nice, well-appointed beach rental. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed our stay.
