The last bedroom is at the end of the hall and has two bunk beds, an additional day bed, flat screen TV and a workspace desk. The back door leads to the private patio with an outdoor shower.
Head up the stairs to the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. This bright and spacious area has large windows that allow so much natural light and stunning ocean views! The living area offers plenty of seating and a fireplace made from the stones of Channel Islands. The dining table seats up the 4, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need! Down the hall is the second full bathroom and a door that leads to the sundeck.
One car garage used for storage only. Driveway parking for two cars.
One dog may be accepted with additional $500 pet deposit.
