Enter the front gate to be greeted by the perfectly equipped, private courtyard. With plenty of comfortable seating, a BBQ, and an umbrella; this courtyard is the perfect way to enjoy Oxnard's sunny weather.

The front door opens into the living room and kitchen area. Just to the left of the kitchen is the dining room with an adorable built-in breakfast nook bench. Just beyond the dining area is the Laundry room.

On the other side of the home, you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom is spacious with French glass doors leading to the back patio. The back patio has additional seating available and a spa!

The lease included access to the Spa.
Beach toys, surfboards, and two bikes are available for guest use.

The owner may consider one dog with an additional $500 pet deposit.
Additional application, booking, cleaning, and utilities fee applies.
