DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Management is completely unfit, inept, and sneaky. They only care about themselves. They talk down to their residents and dont take us seriously because we are college students. They do not care about the safety of their residents. The Hub has a huge drug problem. Management is so unprofessional. They will be nice and kind until you sign and then forget about it. Would not recommend giving them your business.

The Hub hasn't been a pleasant living experience. I showed up here on move in day and had half a couch, a broken dishwasher, and a broken fridge for two weeks. The noise here is very loud. I can hear my neighbors talking at a minimal level. I put in a work order for a light fixture back in November and it still hasn't been fixed because of "Chinese New Year". Also, anytime I walk out of my apartment I get the awful smell from of the courtyard of dog droppings. Not to mention one of their maintenance workers was caught stealing items from the residents. I would highly recommend NOT living here.

*be prepared to pay for their renovations* Had the very same issues @Max Williams had , the move out fees were outrageous and came out of nowhere. My couch was worn when moved in and I was told this was normal wear and tear and they would most likely replace it later in the year. They never did, which honestly wasn't a problem the couch was fine. But when I get charged for the couch at the end of the year it feels like they were grasping for straws at the end of a slow fiscal year. Nothing against the people at the desk they are usually students and very nice but something doesn't feel right about their handeling of surcharges and fees.

Buyer Beware. The move-out fees are absurd. Be prepared to get hit with hidden move out charges in excess of 500 dollars. I especially love the huge fees to repaint walls that don't need painting. And I LOVE the 50 dollar carpet fee they forget to mention when you sign a lease. Over a hundred dollars per resident for couch touch-ups. My buddy lived there for only 2 months and got stuck with 500 in charges. Love surprise fees? the the Hub is the for you.

When they tour you they "forget" to tell you about the $450-600 move out charges. They know college kids don't have the money to hire a lawyer and fight the overcharging. See the attachment as proof. They charged each of the 3 roommates $86 to clean an already clean couch, $160 to paint the undamaged walls (we didn't smoke), and a whole slew of other charges. Ask anyone who has lived there about the move out charges. Hub is looking to make a quick buck on move out. Do not live here.

I literal got kicked out of my apt an hour after paying rent and moving in. I had someone helping me move in and my roommate called the office and said I had other people living there. She had two other girls with her. I hadn't even put sheets on my bed when the office called me saying I had to leave. I hadn't even stayed a night there. I'm not even from Oxford I literally had no where to go and no money because I just paid rent. Worse experience ever.

The Hub At Oxford is an amazing student housing experience. When you're having a bad day or just need to kick it back, the amenities are perfect. From the sauna to the basketball court there are endless options. I really enjoy living at the Hub, living here I haven't had any issues with move ins or noise. Move in was so easy and hassle free! It has a modern look but yet a home feel. The staff is so helpful, also the maintenance crew is always on top of things. At the end of the day The Hub At Oxford is by far the best!

I've lived here for a few months now, and I have to say that every complaint of mine has been dealt with swiftly and professionally. The staff here is very friendly and has been nothing but helpful. Whether the issues were fees or issues with the air conditioning systems, they were taken care of and done so with a smile. The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient too. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the way I've been treated here and with the quality of the facilities. While it can get a little loud on Friday and Saturday nights, they're usually quieted down by 1 or 2am which is fine with me, and barring a few incidents the noise is low enough that it can be dealt with by using a noise-canceling headset. (The internet can be iffy sometimes but that's not their fault, you can blame MaxxSouth and Airwave for that) If you read the lease and know what your rights and responsibilities are as a resident, aren't an entitled jerk when things go wrong, and talk to the staff with the respect they are due (they're just trying to earn a paycheck, they're human too), then in my experience they go above and beyond to make sure that your experience is a good one. (The pool is pretty damn nice too btw) If you treat them like they're subhuman corporate stooges, blatantly and willfully ignore the rules, or act like you're entitled- like an unfortunate number of residents here do- I've found they'll throw the book at you (as they should). Read the lease. Understand the rules and follow them. If you do, you'll be more than happy. They've earned this five star rating, no ifs ands or buts about it. I have very high standards and I almost never give five stars, but I'll be damned if there is a better group of people out there working in housing here in Oxford. I'm glad that I'll be living here for the next year- as I might be transferring, it might be my last one here at Ole Miss- and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I don't want to accuse the entire staff of being racist, but the woman who was on staff today made an enormous deal about me coming to workout with my friend. She approached me and questioned me about being in the gym, did not believe me, and further questioned my friend until getting an answer she was satisfied with. Working out at the apartment that my friend pays rent for monthly, which allows guests, should not be this difficult and should not involve harassment. Last time I checked you can have African American guest!

Over priced for what you pay for. Everything seems to break and maintenance takes forever. My hot water has gone out 3 times in one week 5 times in one month. My closet rod broke and have yet to have someone fix it since I've called (multiple times) in 2 weeks. The screens of our windows have failed out, the dish wash has broken countless times. It is very loud with random alarms blaring at night at times. During the day music and people yelling happen all the time. Now worth the money at all. You will not get a deposit back and if the people who lived in your place before you don't clean (and move out cleaning is very extensive) you will be moving into a completely trashed and dirty place.
