Pelican Cove is an award winning development of 75 acres along the shore of Little Sarasota Bay, just minutes to Siesta Key Beach.
The condo is available for an 8 month rental 5/1/25 - 12/31/25. There is a 3 month minimum rental period.
Rent per month for 8 months - $1950
Rent per month for 6-8 months $2150
Rent per month for 3-6 months $2350
There is a tourist tax of 13% for rentals less than 6 months. There is no tax for rentals of 6 months or more.
There is a cleaning fee of $150
There is a $150 non-refundable application fee, payable to the condo association, to be submitted 21 days prior to occupancy. The application is always approved as long as the tenant agrees to follow the condo's rules and policies. These will be provided to a prospective tenant for their review.
You are just a short walk to one of six heated pools. The botanical garden like grounds have miles of walkways. There are many activities with lots of space for friends and family to gather. Residents are friendly, social, vibrant and interesting.
This end unit, on the second floor, has cathedral ceilings and a spacious lanai overlooking a lush landscape.
