For all adult household members, verification of Social Security number (Social Security card, signed Taxes, etc…) and date of birth (photo ID or birth certificate) must be provided. All applicants who are not US Citizens will also need to provide immigration documentation.
Located near the school, Avalon Apartments- Lake Avenue offer 1-, 2-, & 3-bedroom apartments. Heat, water usage, sewer usage, garbage, lawncare, and snow removal are included in the monthly rental payment. Tenants are responsible for electricity and the city of Ortonville’s Water/Sewer monthly fee. Avalon Apartments- Lake Avenue also offers individual entrances and off-street parking and is smoke-free and pet-friendly! There is a limit of 1 pet per household with a Pet Deposit of $300 plus monthly Pet Rent of $15. All animals are required to be housebroken or litterbox trained, spayed/neutered, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Weight limits apply for pet residence.
