Water usage, sewer usage, garbage, lawncare, and snow removal are included in the monthly rental payment. Tenants are responsible for electricity and the city of Ortonville’s Water/Sewer monthly fee. Avalon Apartments- Hillside also offers on-site laundry and off-street parking and is smoke-free and pet-friendly! There is a limit of 1 pet per household with a Pet Deposit of $300 plus monthly Pet Rent of $15. All animals are required to be housebroken or litterbox trained, spayed/neutered, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Weight limits apply for pet residence.
