My niece lives there and it disgusts me every time I visit her because there is just dirt hanging and spinning from the ceiling fans. Not kept clean or maintained well at all. Everything else looks good though

I have lived a couple of years now and I will say the staff has always been nice and when it comes to maintenance they do really well with but, they have some flaws as well. I have lived here ever since they finished the remodeling on the first building and they are just now installing the gates for the phase 1 building but the phase 2 building has always had gates even through remodeling which didn't really make sense to me. They also said that they would fix the speed humps in the parking garage if I remember correctly but unfortunately they have not. Again, the staff are super nice but those are just the few things I noticed that I felt could have been taken care of already.

This off-campus housing is one of the best off-campus housings that you are going to get near UCF. The room designs and amenities are so beautiful. The buildings are so well decorated and always clean! The staff is so kind and friendly. There is always someone available to help with whatever issue you are dealing with. I really enjoy living here! I would highly recommend.

My experience with the management and front office staff was always very friendly and helpful. Specifically, Bianca N was a lifesaver for my family and I. Her amazing customer service and dedication to be of help made all of the difference, and I can confidently say that my experience as a resident here would not have been the same had she not worked hard to care for us. Ive been living here for 4 years and management is good. They always resolved any problems I had. The units are great and I feel safe here. Ever since they renovated, they mustve sealed every single hole and crack because I havent seen a bug in 2 years so thats amazing. Residents can be disrespectful by leaving trash and being loud though. But in summary, you get a lot more than what you pay for!
