UPDATED REVIEW AFTER MOVEOUT TL;DR: The apartments themselves are nice, but the new management is awful, and we were not treated well when we moved out. If you need a place to live with a washer and dryer that are reliable and work well - DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you want a place to live where your space is respected and management cares about your wishes - DO NOT LIVE HERE. Now that we have moved out, I have a few details to add and a reason to drop the rating a couple of stars. First of all, the apartments themselves are lovely. I loved the floor plan of our one bedroom apartment the flooring. However, the management of these complexes has recently changed and now it's definitely lack luster. I have two major concerns to address: 1) The washers and dryers in the 1 bedroom units are terrible and in the year that we lived there we had to submit 2 maintenance requests for them because they just stopped working. They told us that this was common for the units that they used in these complexes and that other people were having the same issues too. So if you need a place to live with a washer and dryer that are reliable and work well - DO NOT LIVE HERE. 2) The second time we had maintenance come to work on the washer, we specifically did NOT give them permission to enter our apartment without us being there. However, they entered while we were NOT home, and we came home midday to find maintenance in our closet working on our washer. Unauthorized entry is a breach of the lease we signed, and having them in our home when we weren't there made us very uncomfortable. The situation was definitely not handled in a respectful manner. This was not maintenance's fault though. The fault lies with management who told maintenance to enter the apartment against our wishes. If you want a place to live where your space is respected and management cares about you - DO NOT LIVE HERE. ****Edited review as of 08/23/2018 Previous Review Shown Below**** We've lived here for just over a year. The management is pretty responsive, and parking isn't a "nightmare" as others have complained. You might have to walk a ways to your apartment if you're out late at night, but there is always a parking spot within the apartment complex parking area, and unlike many other apartment complexes, the parking here is free unless you want covered parking! So far my biggest qualm is the fact that we have to pay for a technology package and valet trash that we cannot opt out of. I also wish that they would come and power wash all of the stairwells and concrete areas between apartments as they have become more and more filthy as of late. Also, our washer and dryers in the one bedrooms run extremely loud, so be prepared for that. My last qualm is that the people who live in our apartment complex are rude and loud. They slam doors, and we can pretty consistently hear other's people's music through our walls. This isn't a deal breaker, but it would be extremely irritating if you had small children. Other than these minor annoyances, we have loved living here. The apartments are spacious & modern. Ultimately I would recommend living here but would exercise caution if you have young children if they are light sleepers.

One of daughters neighbors put battery acid on my car. He has had several complaints against him. He has vandalized the apartment buildings, other tenants doors, other tenants and their guests vehicles. Because he has some kind of mental illness, the apartment building will not evict him. So my daughter sold her contract in order to move out. She felt unsafe (even installed her own security camera outside her door), he is a nuisance and the only options she had was file a restraining order and move out. He was not charged with vandalism because you can only see his shadow in the security camera from the apartment building. And what action is the apartment building taking? I was told, "Sorry, it's not our problem." When I asked for contact information to reach out to someone that has more authority over the property, I was told they did not have that contact information. I was also told that even if I contacted someone one with more authority (their boss) they would not do anything because in the lease that my daughter signed it states they are not responsible for damage to tenant or guest property. They wouldn't even give me the contact information for someone higher up so that I could get insurance information to provide to my insurance company.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! THE MANAGEMENT IS THE POOREST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! THE LADY IN THE FRONT OFFICE IS SHADY THEY RAISE THE RENT GRADUALLY AND ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. PROCEED WITH CAUTION WITH THIS PLACE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.

**UPDATE** A month after we moved out (May), we received a letter containing a breakdown of all the things they used our deposit for. We saw that we were being charged for THREE months of renter's insurance, even though, we have had this insurance since we first moved in. Around February (while we were still living at the boulevard), my husband talked to Amy about fixing that. We talked to our insurance company and they said they faxed the appropriate information. At the end of our lease, we find out that Amy never got this issue resolved and now we were charged $45 for the months that we had renter's insurance. My husband called her back in June to ask her what was going on. She said she was going to call an office of hers to resolve the issue. One month later, she answers the phone (since she never bothered to call us back), and told my husband that she was "just about to call these people." Convenient, uh? It's August 2nd and we STILL have not received our money back for the overpayment. She's awful and makes up excuses for everything. Avoid this place as long as SHE is in charge. Oh, and one more thing, she asked my husband to ask me to delete the previous review about her, because it made her look bad. Disgustingly unprofessional. Three years ago, we moved into the boulevard with Logan as the manager. I havent met a person as caring and attentive as he is. He took care of ALL issues, big and small, within a FEW HOURS (IF that!). Hed even fix things himself! (Yeah, awesome human being). He knew his tenants by name, and seemed happy to be here, including Saturdays. After Logan was gone, Lisa was hired, and she definitely tried to fill logans shoes. After October, 2017, the overall cleanliness of the place started to go downhill. Neighbors are sketchy and they smoke all the time. The new manager doesnt care for the tenants, doesnt remember anything you tell her, and takes ages to get something small fixed. Its a disappointment. We are now moving because there was a breach in our security thanks to this lady. I cant believe that after two great managers (Logan and Lisa), this person was hired. I would not live here even if the rent was free if shes around.
