I just moved to Gull Cove in December and I LOVE it. The manager, Nikki is awesome. She takes care if every issue immediately and the maintenance man, Charles is awesome.
The property is very clean and it is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Come by and see for yourself. Even on the weekend it is quiet.

They do have great issue fixing after things like that but getting help for you apartment after that is like fighting an uphill battle with a spoon. It's a great place don't get me wrong it's quiet and very calm but it's just annoying when you need help for you apartment and you can't get it so you just say forget it and do it yourself. We shouldn't have to do that.

Beware! This place is managed by liars and thieves, particularly Nicki in the main office. Aside from slow repairs and noise, living at Gull Cove was no problem until we decided to move out. Even after never making a late payment, and even vacating the unit EARLY per the request of Nicki, for a new tenant that had been displaced by Hurricane Matthew, she has made the past 6 months an utter nightmare. What began as simple failure to respond to my multiple attempts of communicating about refunding our deposit, has now gone through her making up damages 3 months after we moved out, never sending notice of these damages or the cost of repair to the address I supplied at the final walk through, and finally her putting these alleged damages on my partners credit report, all without any communication with us other than when I personally stopped by the office months later. She even then acknowledged her ignoring my 4 emails and multiple phone calls during that time, and offered to send photos of the damage, which I have yet to receive. The parent company Tish Co properties has also been unwilling to return my attempts to contact them. I 100% would not recommend this complex to ANYONE, only my worst enemies. All you have to look forward to is unreturned calls, theft, and lies until they finally attempt to screw you out of future housing.
We're honest people; if ever during the past 6 months Nicki had responded to my inquiries with photos of the damage and a request for additional sums on top of the deposit that was not returned, we would have paid. Instead we have a delinquent mark with all the credit bureaus, without ever having a chance to rectify the situation.

Living in an apartment complex that has no maintenance and no office manager or staff. The corporate office refuses to speak with you. My front door does not lock securely this has been reported over three months ago my AC is driving my electric bill through the roof because it has not been fixed properly, this was reported over 4 months ago, I have no cold water runningin my washer which is ruining this single mom and kid clothes. This place has gone down and the owners don't seem to care, if they did in my opinion they would call their tenants back. Think twice before moving here.
