So far I like it ok here. Not too noisy, there's not tons of garbage everywhere like previous places I've lived. Maintenance has been pretty nice so far as well and they've been able to fix the issues I'm having or at least give me a solution until a permanent fix can be done. Some things are a little dated, like the toilet and kitchen appliances but they work. It's also been the quietest apartment ive ever lived in.

I'm changing this evolving review again. The apartment has finally fixed a few different maintenance issues that we've been asking them to fix for 3 years. To get them to finally fix these things took a lot of arguing, and I almost sued them. Once they realized they had zero legal ground they finally made the repairs. Washers/dryers are too expensive and our car was stolen from the parking lot and never recovered.
They hate that I park my kids stroller by our car or in the entrance, when management sees it, they take it and lock it in the office. Never had a problem doing this for 2 years with previous management, and I'm sure no tenants complain. But every time I get it back I have to hear a ear-full from management about how it's on the lease that I don't leave trash out... thanks a lot.
I know a lot of apartments are like this, but don't expect Willow Creek to ever go the extra mile. Everything they install is cheap, carpet is cheap, paint it cheap, appliances are cheap. Apartment hallways are low lit, and a little creepy. I'm adding a star because they finally fixed my door! man it took only 3 years of bitching about it, but that door is opening like a champ. Now if we can do something about the refrigerator that's literally 30 years old.

This is actually the first apartment I have ever lived in and Megan made it so sweet and easy. She was very clear and concise with her explanations and took extra time out when i asked to look at it two more times for measurements for my bedroom set. I love how helpful everyone is and parking is never crowded. I recommend these apartments for anyone whos looking for a cozy and affordable place to live.

Almost had to sue them to replace a closet door that they've been brushing off for 3 years. I was literally yelling at Lindsay Davis (apt mgmt) to repair or replace my door (after maint had "looked" at it 4-5 times), and she's like "it'll cost $80, because there's no record that you've ever made a maint request"..... so not only has the door been broken since I've moved in (and was marked on the inspection sheet), but the multiple request for repair I've made were never even written up. Additionally all the appliances were about 30 years old and literally falling apart, they've replaced the oven and dishwasher (took about 2 years of complaining to get them to do that).... now were trying to get them to replace the refrigerator which has a manufacture date of Jan of 1989, I keep telling them it's almost 30 years old and needs replaced but they act like I'm exaggerating. So, I sent them pictures of the manufacture date and they do nothing. I was happy at first when Lund took over, but now finding out they're just as bad if not worse then Maxx Properties. -- LUND if you want this review taken down, then work with me! My rent raises every year like clock work I expect you to give us some value here!!!

Lived here for 6months and even with the change in management I DO NOT recommend this apartment to anyone, not even as a temporary place. Office is never open, they always have a sign in the window saying they will be back at a set time, yet when you come back at the time there suppose to be back they reset the clock. And if you do happen to catch them while they are in the office the management just seems like they hate thier life and job..You pay oppd, mud, and cox if you choose, yet the apartment adds $30 to your bill your utilities and other stuff your bills already cover. VERY excited to leave this place!

I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. I have never had to complain about any noise related issues. I have really been impressed with the new management at the property. The manager seem to relly care and take the time to help when they can. Seems like so many issues have been resolved sense the management change. I have had problems with getting work orders done at my apartment in the past. As of recently I have put in quite a few and all of those have been resolved promptly. I dont plan on moving any time soon and I do enjoy living here with my family.

These morons have no idea how to manage this property or treat the residents.ive never seen the same workers in the office and thats when they decide to show up its not uncommon for no to be there at all.the parking lot is litered with garbage and its likely to see drug deals going down with the property smelling like weed all the time plus there is the added bonus of when stuff breaks in your home mantience wont show up and if they do its weeks later oh plus its not uncommon to have your car broken into because even though theres a nice neighborhood right by the property. I highly reccomend not moving here take your business elsewhere this isn't one its a joke a mockery its an extortion.FYI the doors into the building don't lock it sometimes you find questionable people sleeping in the hallways or under stairs.

Why is there no option of zero stars for this place. I am giving this place a zero because of the new staff on the weekend. Very very rude. The moment u ask something cause u want to understand it she immediately resorts to "I'm not arguing with you" because she is avoiding to answer why information is contradicting that she gives us residence than what the manager says. She is so cold. Even if u come up to her smiling to say his she has the meanest face like get on with what u want and leave me alone. Excuse my French but she does have a bitchy attitude. Besides this many times I have called to put in work orders over the weekend and when I call two weeks later, I'm told the work order never entered the system so I have to wait another week before someone can come fix. Oh and when. I call to inquire about the work order, she basically is bitchy on the phone because she don't want u calling and asking anything she gets so defensive, very wrong business lady. If u are going thing to deal with people you should learn to be nice and diffuse the situation that make it worse. I'm not saying let people walk all over you but if u want people to respect u be respectful too not to always resort to being defensive all the time no matter what situation is.
