ived here for 12 months now, it was great at first and even wanted to renew our lease in December. but the last 4 months have been nothing but trouble. our apartment had 3 leaks in the last 4 months, ac broke 4 times and we have to stay out for two weeks and they only temporarily fix the problem. it's leaked into our carpeted areas twice and the second time has made the carpet moldy and extremely smelly. i went into the office to have someone come fix the leak, they came and fix it, two days later it went broke again. then I went into the office and said you guys need to do something about the carpet and refrigerator has a leaked cause of the old age as well but they never fixed it. they said that someone will be in Monday to clean It... well i went into the office and Confirm about it but they never change the fridge as I requested. I paid 400 for down deposit with a promised that no charges prior moving out but they charged me extra 600 and threatening me to send it to a collector if Im not paying for it. Needless to say we aren't renewing our lease. there are way better apartments put there than the Paddock Place Apartments at a cheaper rate.good luck if you rent here it will hit you later

This is a good apartmemt complex overall. Close to the interstate, plenty of shopping, residents are quiet and friendly, the maintenance guy knows what he is doing and is friendly. Managment is alright, only complaint is they WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILS and communication is poor, that is really quite frustrating. I have sent many emails to them over the course of my residency and never had one reply back from them but with that being said Charneel has been the most helpful and friendly with us. Other than that it is a decent place to reside so far.

Quite possibly the worst, not only in management but in overall activity with living. THE ONLY reason I'm giving one star is because the man in maintenance with the pony-tail always went above and beyond to help me with the MANY problems my apartment had. Debbie the "manager" NEVER returns calls and also puts off anything you ask her if you can even get ahold of her. Someone should definitely take a long look at the establishment that this place has because it has potential to be a decent place to live. After staying here I'm actually upset I even Referred someone to live here. Would never even consider driving past this complex to even get to work.

I currently live in Paddock Place apartments and have so for almost 3 years now. The management staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The complex has a pool, tennis court as well as a fitness room. Over the course of my residency I have encountered very few issues, of which all have been quickly resolved. An example to this being my most recent: My AC went out. The staff went to great lengths to procure me a replacement and even offered (and installed) a temporary window unit in the meantime. I couldn't recommend this place enough- for the location (being very close to my jobs, the mall and a local Walmart) the competitive price (my previous apartment cost almost double for less space!) and the staff's kindness- I give this 5/5 ;-)

lived here for 10 months now, it was great at first and even wanted to renew our lease in November. but the last 4 months have been nothing but trouble. our apartment had 3 leaks in the last 4 months, and they only temporarily fix the problem. it's leaked into our carpeted areas twice and the second time has made the carpet moldy and extremely smelly. i went into the office to have someone come fix the leak on Saturday and the girl wrote it down and never filed anything about us needing to get that fixed, went back Monday and asked again and she had no idea about a leak. they used a shop-vac over the carpet and said it was all set. then I went into the office and said you guys need to do something about the carpet because it stinks so bad and me and my husband are getting sick. they said that someone will be in Monday to clean It... well i went into the office because no one cleaned the carpet and they forgot to call the carpet cleaners, and Diane said we would get $100 off our rent and then she said I don't get $100 off our rent because she thought I was a different person. within two months someone broke into our back porch and the few weeks later my husbands truck was broken into. Needless to say we aren't renewing our lease. there are way better apartments put there than the Paddock Place Apartments. good luck if you rent here.

I lost my job. I notified the office same day. Scrounged together money for two more months of rent. Haley called me and told me to move out by end of the second month after I lost my job and they wouldn't charge me for early termination of lease. They had someone to move in she said. I moved out a full day before the end of the month just in case. They sent me to collections for termination of lease... Now their debt collectors are charging me a lot of interest. What kind of racket is this? The quality of the apartment was subpar compared to other apartments in the area. My stove/oven didn't have a working door (it fell off first week I moved in) and all the burners were broken on top. Fridge was ok. Garbage disposal didn't work ever. Walls leaked constantly and turned the walls a brown color under the white paint. My screened in porch was constantly flooded. Upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants even when it was just a couple nice elderly folks. And they told me I couldn't keep my bike on my screened in porch! A beach cruiser. HAHA. But I could deal with all that, it's the way they lied constantly that bugs me into giving them a 1 star review. I owe them so much money now due to Haley telling me to move out to avoid a fee they sent to collections which apparently accrues interest. And the head manager was even worse. She pretended like she had no idea about anything even though she was the one that told Haley to call according to Haley.

The apartment manager is rude and I definitely have a few choice words for her that I won't share on here. She doesn't care about any issues you have. We moved in the weekend after labor day, and she used that as an excuse as to why our apartment wasn't ready. Whoever painted didn't cover the carpet, because they're an idiot, so there was paint ALL over the carpet, but they're too cheap to clean or replace it without charging us more for rent. This apartment isn't even worth what we pay. There was also a major bug problem, which she claimed to know nothing about, but I doubt that. Just stay away. They don't care about the tenants.

I want to thank the staff for a wonderful stay there, during my transition. The grounds were kept up wonderfully and I loved the walking path. The pool was kept clean. My neighbors were nice. The staff was extremely helpful whenever I needed anything. The location was great. I'm spoiled and going to miss the convenience of everything, so close; good restaurants, good shopping. For apartment life, I'm glad I chose Paddock Place. Thanks again.
