Lived here two years as of last August. Great management and feedback from the office down the street is very consistent. I have a studio setup in my bedroom where I do a lot of my work from two desktop PCs and its a very spacious one bed apartment. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Theyre probably botted accounts, because I dont prefer to be homeless or whatever people are complaining about. Dont read any of those posts, theyre misleading. The only downside with this place is that theres no central heat & air and theres the occasional silverfish, but thats to be expected with older apartments. I dont mind the bugs. I see more spiders than actual bugs, though, but Im cool with them anyway. I like spiders. Just be prepared to buy more than a few box fans, because it gets ten degrees warmer inside than it is outside and super hot during the summer and early fall. You save money on your electric bill when using the fans more than the AC unit, too.
