The worst apartment community ever. There's a group of kids that go around and destroy everything. It takes maintenance forever to come fix anything. I moved out over a month ago and still have not received my deposit refund. I'm given a different answer every time I call.

One think they should shout from the rooftop is if your car is even one day passed it's registration they will have it towed...

One think they should shout from the rooftop is if your car is even one day passed it's registration they will have it towed they work with some company in Murry if we didn't have two cars and a good saving we would but messed over big time. You can tell all they care about is money these apartments need updates wash and dry are extremely loud and old I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone keeping looking.

Worst employees/manegment ever. Thank god my lease was up . I ran as fast as I could. If I could I would rate this a 0.

NEGATIVE STARS!! DO NOT EVEN APPLY AY THIS COMPLEX! I am a working single mother trying find a suitable home for my son and I. They completely took advantage of my situation and STOLE my money. Alex, the manager refused to give me my "holding" deposit back after i hadn't heard from them about being approved for a apartment. It had been a week so I found another place to rent. Alex, rudely informed me that i had 72 hours after signing my application to "cancel"... So i would not be getting MY money back. I am absolutely disgusted and will forever discourage people from entering this awful establishment!

(negative 5) stars they are the worst place live they definitely need to change management (Lea) the manager is the most unhelpful person in the the world all she wants is to take your money with all this fees to make alliance the property company more money I am so glad I move out but honestly do not rent here is left my apartment super clean no damage other then normal wear from living there i even have pictures they took my 300.00 dollar deposit and still bill me for another 500.00 dollars

I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. The staff has always been friendly to me. If something is wrong they fix it right away for me. I asked to move to a 3 bedroom and with out hesitation got right on it. All in all I love it here and will continue to stay. Keep up the good work. :)

Good luck with management at this place. They never answer their phone and really don't seem interested in helping tenants. The complex isn't maintained at a high level. You'll notice if you walk through the breezeways. When you leave after many years being a great tenant they will nail you with a surprise cleaning bill somewhere between $600 and $1,000. You can clean your apartment to near perfection you'll still get the high bill 30 days after moving with no room for argument.

Also, they will say IF you Spackle the holes in the wall, they wouldn't take it out of the refund of the deposit, but they'll take it out anyway, so DON'T WASTE your time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! We WON'T come back, and you shouldn't be there either. Unprofessional! And they WILL share your monetary information with others. DON'T WASTE TIME CLEANING!!!!! And the girls up front and BITCHY BITCHY BITCHY! (Good luck picking up a package if it's one of your family members.)

DO NOT RENT/LEASE HERE....I repeat; DO NOT RENT/LEASE HERE!!! My wife & I were in a transition from me getting out of the Military and we wanted to move somewhere close to SLC for the possibility of a better job market & access to the city etc. 1st; they hardly if ever answer their phones or reply to emails. 2nd; the model apt that was shown was nothing like what was assigned to us. nor was the apt we were assigned available to view before we moved in. 3rd; move in conditions of the apt were horrendous. Damage to almost every single wall, blinds and doors were damaged or didn't work properly, carpets had not been cleaned, kitchen was filthy on every single surface and there was mold growing underneath the kitchen flooring. 4th; supervisor/office workers at the time were very rude and never responded to our concerns in a friendly/professional manner. 5th; billing and customer tracking is sub-par. They somehow forgot we had a garage rented and almost, without us knowing got rid of our goods to the nearest trash depot. 6th; final bill was never sent as promised by current supervisor, even after multiple attempts to call and email to obtain it. We were in turn, sent to a collections agency. THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE....DO NOT RENT/LEASE HERE

Such a terrible place to live. The management is beyond rude. One time I had a package to pick up from the office, literally just one package, and the girl rudely ignored everything i said and made me wait outside demanding she had to show this apartment to someone. When grabbing my package would've just taken a minute. Another time they sent out a newsletter saying our homes were gonna be inspected anytime from 9-5 during a two week span. then they extended that saying it would be another week too that we'd have to expect them in our homes whenever they please. then they had a 3RD inspection all within a month span I had no privacy and when you banged on my door. The girl rudely said to put on clothes and wait in my room (i was in pjs) TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APARTMENTS NEVER RENT FROM HERE

HORRIBLE apartment! They will charge you ridiculous fees when you try to move out. If you ever say maybe I was thinking about staying longer. how much would it be to stay? They will charge you a verbal agreement transfer fee since you are already a resident even though you signed a 30 day move out agreement saying you are moving out. which I think is illegal.

This is the worst place to rent from. Their rent is insanely expensive. They charge you for everything. Don't clean when you move out, they will charge you an arm and a leg for cleaning fees. All the appliances are cheap and falling apart. Have random inspection almost every month. They don't ever empty the dumpsters, always overflowing. If you don't give them a 60 day move out notice they will charge up to the 60 days. Worst place ever, super greedy. I would give them zero stars if I could. Find somewhere else to live.
