Designed by world-renowned Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and MHG Architects, Tapestry is New York living, re-imagined. Located at East 124th Street in East Harlem, this new rental building is helping to remake the image of East Harlem. Environmental responsibility is foremost in Tapestry's design. Green features are woven throughout, conserving natural resources and promoting good health - for our residents, community, and planet. Tapestry is a green, 12-story, 185-unit mixed-income rental apartment building. Renters can choose from 26 distinct apartment layouts and 7 kitchen layouts.
Tapestry offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes as well as two duplex apartments. Expansive windows provide residents with unobstructed city and river views and flood apartments with natural daylight. Tapestry also features apartments for non-smokers to support its mission of healthy living for residents.
Environmental responsibility is foremost in Tapestry's design. Green features are woven throughout the building to conserve natural resources and promote good health. Tapestry is just blocks from 4/5/6 subway lines, the 125th Street Metro-North Station, and a variety of express and local buses that can take residents to locations both in and out of New York City, including LaGuardia Airport.
