Pets are permitted with a non-refundable $250 deposit, with no monthly pet fee required. Owners are allowed access to the property with a notice given to the tenant at any time throughout the duration of the lease. The tenant will be required to pay for any damage done to the property throughout the lease. The tenant must leave the property as it was found when the lease is over (clean and empty).
