The house is located about two blocks from the new bustling downtown New Britain and Main Street. New Britain over the last five years has gone through a tremendous transformation and the building and improvements are still continuing. Around the corner are the new high-end apartments (The Brit) and the city has been committed to improving the public spaces. The house is also conveniently two minutes from Rt. 9. Restaurants, park, shopping, bus lines, are all walking distance away.
Please keep in mind there is a strict application process that focuses heavily on credit. A minimum credit score of 675 is required. There is also a background, employment, and income verification. Only one month security deposit required with a strong application. No smoking. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
