I am currently a resident here and I would highly recommend these apartments. The area is perfect not to far from stores, schools, malls, etc the landlord helped me out with a lot of information as far as the area and answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge.

I lived here from summer of 2017- summer of 2018. I had a newly renovated apartment on the 3rd floor. The apartment itself was nice. Management changed halfway through our stay. The first manager didn't care AT ALL! The new manager was very professional and took care of issues in a timely manner. We were also there when the buildings flooded (residents were putting all kinds of things down their toilets! Towels, Tampoons, etc! Not management's fault.) It was very unfortunate for those living in the flooded apartments.The highway noise from 35W was bad, but a sound barrier has just been built. There were children that play in the hallways and made a lot of noise. I didn't really mind. The washing and drying machines were VERY frustrating. Overall I thought the building was nicer than many others we looked at in the area and in our price range.
