The apartments were very nice with lots of stoarge space (walk in closets) and the maintenence people were awesome the few times we needed them over 2 1/2 years. The only issues I had were a "lost" check we turned in that was later found in their receipt book and an issue with being put on a waiting list. We were supposed to be put on a list for a reduced price unit, waited over 1 1/2 years only to find out they never put us on the list. Waited for another year and then left. It's been almost two months and I haven't received any notification regarding my security deposit and have called 4 times with no answer as well. If you want a cheaper apartment in Mt. Pleasant go to United Apartments complexes. If you want something high quality there are houses and other complexes (StoneCrest?), but if you want something above average at a fair price, this is a good place. I would recommend it to a friend.
(I know this isn't controllable, but he did have loud neighbors despite the walls being moderately thick. Just FYI)
