DO NOT LIVE HERE!! They advertise this place as "upscale apartment living" for college students and basically, they lied right to your face, then bent you over and screwed you. The building manager STALKS her residents, will question and interrogate random guests of residents, and will generally just make life difficult for you as a resident. She will randomly spring payments on you and just not notify you for basic payments like utilities and even rent. The entire property is disgustingly dirty and the building reeks of sewage and sawdust. The amenities are below average and other than the leasing team, everyone else is completely and totally incompetent. Everything is constantly broken (including electricity, A/C, and wifi) and it takes them an exorbitant amount of time (as in weeks and months) to come fix things like broken fans and showers, leaky faucets, and broken windows. It would be a complete mistake to pay money to sign and live here.

We have just renewed our son's lease for another year. Our experience has been very good. After leaving two other college town buildings due to too many animals and poor maintenance, we were delighted to find a smaller building with friendly staff. The building is clean and quiet and you can walk to the stadium from here. From the day we signed the lease, the staff was friendly and helpful. They treat us as if they actually want us to be happy. Go figure.

I lived here for two years and would agree with rent being to high. Also, management is extremely poorly run. If you thought cable companies yielded high hidden fees guess again. They are the kings of unreasonable fees. I was charged 75$ for throwing my trash near the trash can since it was already full. They then charged my over 80$ because I left a rapper in my room and forgot to dust the window when I moved out. They also charged me nearly 300$ to replace my carpet that had no damages what so ever. They claimed that because I had a "service animal" the carpet had to be replaced (not stated in the lease or anywhere nor was I informed of this matter when signing the service dog form). The manager then "miss placed" my service dog contract to try and make me pay the fee off of technicallity; little do they know I have a copy. The manager even accused me of not paying fees with previous complexs and how I have been a problem with other places; stating that I was a horrible tenant at other locations... although I have never lived anywhere other than here.
Never move here, save your money, and avoid unreasonable abusive fees. It's disgusting how they would do this to me or anyone. Horrible customer service.

Rent is way too high for what you get. Rooms are so tiny (I couldn't fit a mini fridge in mine) and parking costs an extra $50 a month!!!!! Walls are also paper thin, I could hear my roommate talking on the phone every day with both of our doors shut (she lives across the hall) But location is nice and appliances are pretty decent
To comfortably afford an apartment, we recommend having at least three times your monthy rent in gross household income.
