I recently went in for a tour with Patrick, while on the tour he answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel welcomed. He is always kind, patient, and understanding whenever I speak to him on the phone. I left the tour feeling excited to lease at Avalon.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful, they get things fixed within 24 hours in general. I am here for almost one year now, truly enjoy it.
