Im extremely happy to be apart of this wonderful community here at The Louis, our new property manager Crystal has been doing a wonderful job listening to the residents concerns and fixing the issue. We recently had this amazing meet and greet and I just want to say Thank you Crystal, its truly an honor to have you here ! Keep up all the great work that your doing for us, you are truly appreciated !
I've been a resident at The Louis for about 14 months now and during that time there's been a total of 4 different managers....
I've been a resident at The Louis for about 14 months now and during that time there's been a total of 4 different managers. They came in, completed their job, then went home.
Crystal has turned this building completely around in just the little time she's been here!
With all the work she has to do daily she still finds time to lend her ear if we (residents) need help or, just someone to talk too. Alot of people have been depressed during covid and haven't been able to do much so Crystal helped put together a wonderful meet and greet to celebrate black history month, valentine's Day, also the opening of the resource room. There was music, delicious sandwiches, prize giveaways, and everyone walked away with a nice size household bag.
The Louis is a great place to live ! with the best, hard working maintenance crew and management

Amy Robinson is not only my friend but a awesome property manager. I will truly miss her. Thank you Amy for keeping our home safe and clean; From the elevator working properly to the hallways smelling good. She was always available When I needed her the most, she was always there to solve our problems. She was So cheerful and always willing to help. This apartment stayed so clean and safe because of Amy. I lived her for 2 years and I resigned my lease because of her. I hope new management can keep our home safe and clean like she did .
