LEASING / SET UP TOURS / FIND YOUR HOME: Currently, we are 100% rented. We will have one 2BR/1 BA, three 1 BR/1 BA apartments and one studio coming available early April. Property & Apartment Details, Availability, Specials, Photos and Video are all easy to search on our ZPG website - Find a Home page. Click on any available apartments to find the apartment that matches your preferred move in date - please take note of the specific Available Date. Wait List has all floor plans. Click on Contact Us button to submit a Leasing Inquiry and Guest Card and our leasing staff is notified asap.
RENT PAYMENTS: Residents must pay rent through your resident online portal (set up after application is approved - link sent for deposit). Automatic checking ACH (free) or Credit Card (incurs fee).
Utilities - Residents pay 100% of the XCEL – metered per apartment. Residents pay 90% of the RealPage (RP) bill - Water, Trash and Gas (heat). RealPage is calculated on actual bills, in arrears. Gas & Water peak & valley. (Gas & Water calculated by # of days/month, # of occupants and apartment size). Average monthly RP bill ranges $45-$125/month per apt; depending on usage. Energy reports - contact energy companies directly. Electricity is Xcel. Natural Gas is Center Point.
Parking - Assigned Parking ONLY
- PERMIT PARKING; must register all vehicles that are assigned parking
- Underground Heated Garage $75 / Gated Lot $45 per month
Laundry Room - centrally located in building. Reloadable Laundry Card.
Cats are - Cat Deposit is $100 (non-refundable @ Move Out; plus $10 Monthly Pet Fee.
Transportation - bus line right outside, with several others just blocks away…
