I have lived here over ten years now and in the past there were management issues, however, that has changed since Renee and Bill have been managing the place. I love my place! And there is a real sense of community. I am good friends with my neighbors and we help each other out. My apartment has beautiful flooring, freshly painted. Maintenance responds immediately to any issues and they go out of their way to ensure that residents have their problems resolved. I will post photos soon- this is an historical building so the ceilings are high and there is a lot of character. Plus, Theo Wirth Park is right next door so I go cross country skiing almost every day. Another added bonus: Underground heated parking!!!
