300 Main St A-Mill Lofts suck. The stairwells are filthy and the management refuses to do anything should one complain about noise. The lease (as all leases do) entitles on to the "quiet" enjoyment of their place - not 9-12 non-stop straight hours a day of very loud aggressive dog barking. I don't see how the dogs don't hyperventilate from barking so long and loud.

I would absolutely recommend moving into the A-Mill Artist Lofts if you're lucky enough to get the opportunity. The management team is well-organized, empathetic, and easy to communicate with. Each apartment is unique, well-maintained and offers a piece of history to the residents.
In addition to the great apartments and amenities, the location is both convenient and beautiful. Very walk-able with the Stone Arch Bridge, Main Street, and an abundance of restaurants all nearby.
