Paper Box Lofts is a trendy, beautifully renovated, loft-style modern apartment building with great amenities. Washer and dryer are in your apartment, and kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave stove and refrigerator - all are stainless steel. AWESOME LIVING PAPER BOX LOFTS, GREAT VIEW, LIKE TO LIVE USED BE WAREHOUSE, TWO BATH,3 BEDRMS, EXERISE RM. BUT MAKING SOUND LOUD.

We lived at Paperbox for a year and liked many things, but overall it wasnt worth it for how expensive rent + pet + parking ended up costing. Our surface parking spot was very rarely available when we got off work even though we had to pay for it. When we got our garage spot there were always people parking in non-parking spots overnight. We did not have any issues getting anything inside the apartment fixed. Although the Manager was difficult to get in touch with, when we did catch her she was helpful.
Staff is completely unresponsive with safety concerns and overall upkeep of the building. It is generally filthy and they let just about anyone into...
Staff is completely unresponsive with safety concerns and overall upkeep of the building. It is generally filthy and they let just about anyone into the place, beyond provisioned government subsidies. There is no consistent staff on site. When the few "regulars" leave for the day/weekend, the whole place becomes a hotbox and practically becomes an "anything goes" building. The lack of any type of consistency extends far into the corporate office. We moved out in November 2016. We were promised a refund of our CONFIRMED deposits and didn't get it until almost February 2017. Steer clear, the whole company doesn't know what they are doing! (A 1 star is too high for this review.)

I hate I had to give it 1 star!!!!!! I HATE living here and it's only been a week its extremely loud it's like a zoo but in the hood!!! Horrible place to live! Oak brook will rent to anyone and move you in to a place with no rules and structure. Don't even bother mentioning an issue to The apartment manager she doesn't care because she doesn't have to live here! I am definitely dreading moving here and wish I would have stuck with impact seven at national avenue lofts! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Especially if your expecting your apartment to be cleaned before you move in or if you want peace and quiet or parking! You won't get any of that here!
