My son moved in his apartment at 1125 Pabst during the second week of August. That week I was in his apartment and one of the blinds fell and it me on the head. It was a very large blind that was held in place by a tiny screw. It was on a Saturday. I notified the apartment staff that day and again on Sunday. Finally on Monday I talked to property manager and the head of the repair staff. They agreed the screw was too small and promised to fix ASAP. It has been almost a month and the blind has not been fixed. I am paying $1200a month for this apartment! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
