Flexhomes are furnished home rentals available for stays of 2 days to 12 months and anything in between.
Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:
- Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. We accept online payments only
- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full
Cancellation policy:

Booking requirements:
- ID verification
- Background screening
- Rental agreement
- Separate $200 refundable security deposit. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
The space:
This one bedroom apartment is conveniently located next to Kilbourn park in River West. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk to Brady St, North Ave restaurant & bar district, and Lakefront Brewery
- 3 minute walk to grocery stores, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants
Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Bremen St and Garfield Ave, but not allowed on North Ave
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
