Its very well maintained. My family fell into some hard times and the office was very understanding about it. Lily is such an amazing person. North ridge is very lucky to have someone like her.

The administration ladies that work in the leasing office are all exceptional! They always put together events in the office for the tenants to enjoy. They even bought each child that signed up to meet Santa a Christmas gift! Every child got a huge generously priced gift along with activities and food. The office really does a fantastic job going over and beyond for their tenants! Very pleased with the hospitality atmosphere that they create!!

I've been here for almost a month and I have had no issue. Yes, they are old but they are fairly clean. The washing machines do break sometimes but you can usually find a working one. I was really afraid of moving here due to previous posts but the apartment people I have interacted with have all been very friendly and helpful. No mice or roaches thus far. I doubt there are mice since everyone here seems to have cats that roam the property so if you are highly allergic to cats, don't live here. Will keep this post updated as I learn more.
This is a lovely apartment the only complaint I have is parking other than that 5stars.

Loved living in our townhouse. Our refrigerator stopped working and they fixed it the same day. When I accidentally dropped a spoon in the garbage disposal we put a online work order and they were there within the hour. There was always someone cleaning up the pet poops outside when the owners were the ones that were suppose to pick up.
No bugs, smiling office staff! Maintenance has always been quick. My kids love it here. Close to shopping !!
The staff is lovely, and they work very hard to keep their apartments in working order and their grounds tidy.
