I moved in July of 2021. I was searching for an apartment for me and my family . Canterbury had one unit available on Grackle . Received a phone call that the apt for Grackle was not ready I was startled. Canterbury call me back and offer me another apt that was available. I accepted the apt . It has been rough for me but I learned how to managed. Although my apt had issues . The issues of my apartment was been fixed . Canterbury staff was honest with me. The staff is kind . All the staff ask there tenants pay your rent on time , stop putting your furniture and belongings in the garbage. If you behind on your rent the staff will work with you before you taken to court . Going to court will help you set up your rent as long you keep the agreement. I do like my apartment it spacious , and roomy . The staff here I do trust them and I respect them . I am a resident . Its quite and I do not mistreat no one . It expensive to live here but we know that . Thank you Canterbury for your kindness toward me and my family

Really enjoy the the apartment. The staff is doing its best to make sure everyone needs is taken care of and especially during this trying times with covid are reaching out to make sure each tenant is able to receive assistance if necessary. I appreciate their hard work and caring for their tenants. First apartment where I felt same with my kids
