A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Mature weight per pet may not exceed 40 pounds. A $250 refundable deposit per pet and a $250 non refundable fee per pet apply. An additional $200 deposit will apply for pets under 1 year old. In addition, a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet will be charged. Please contact the office for additional fee amounts, restricted breeds, policies regarding small animals, and pet rules. All animals must be pre-approved by management. A copy of our full animal policy is available in the leasing office or by email.
