We can schedule move-ins in as little as 48 hours! Note that decor is not included.
House & Room placement is at the discretion of Tiger Estates Management based on availability. Management takes great care to provide the best placement based on your application. If you would like to request a specific house or with existing roommates in the community, please state in your application, we will do our best to place you in your requested house based on availability. Rooms and houses are first come first serve availability. Note, houses have two floor plans available in the community. The Model Home you tour is not a guaranteed floor plan available.
