I've been here going on 3 yrs. I've never had an issue. The managers and workers in the office have been so wonderful to me and has worked with me As long as you talk to them, keep your word and have respect they will work with you. Any kind of maintenance issues I've had they have been quick to fix which has been awesome and do a great job. It is very quiet here everyone keeps to themselves but friendly at the sametime. My neighbors are great. Any other issues far as killings, yes we had a few, but it's ppl who don't live here. And far as hearing gun shots. Its not in the complex. Its Memphis your going to hear gun shots anywhere you go and anything can happen anywhere but at sametime the office is quick to send out a notice to everyone on their doors of any activity. Yes have gotten better and more security. The pool is nice. Good size. People love to feed the ducks at the lake every day, see ppl walking their dogs a lot ,so it's pet friendly . I would recommend ppl to come live here. Been a great experience for me and blessed to have great management to work with and they do a lot of activities and get togethers with the community for the holidays or just because as well. Come check them out.

I've lived here for almost two years now and 6 people have been killed here in that time frame. The apartments themselves are decent enough and fairly quiet during the day but a lot of crime and noise happens here at night. Management only hires security for a few weeks after a crime happens here but never anything permanently. This zip code may be in Bartlett but it might as well be Raleigh. Wouldn't recommend moving here unless you already live somewhere worse.

Dangerous place to live. Last week, my downstairs neighbors had their apartment broken into with a crowbar and all of their gaming systems and tvs were stolen. The week before, I heard 3 gunshots around midnight and the next day we had a letter on our door from management telling us there were 2 casualties last night and to make sure to keep your doors locked. If that doesn't turn you off, they shut off the water randomly, and often, without notice. We never know when it'll be turned back on. Bad sewage problems I'm guessing.

Assistant manager is very rude. I attempted to move here & the young lady who handled everything for me was wonderful but the assistant manager treated me less than human and was very argumentative. She made everything difficult and was sure to argue with everything I asked. Safe to say they will NOT get my money and I'm glad I saw all of this beforehand. Very unprofessional.

Someone has been murdered every year I've lived here, which has been four. The number of burglaries and home invasions has steadily increased. My own home was burglarized in February of this year. The apartment complex does absolutely nothing to curtail the increase in violence. I had a gnat infestation last summer, apparently caused by a neighbors leaky pipes and a hole in the ceiling, which took weeks to fix. And lastly, management has begun towing the cars of its tenants for not having registered tags, the problem is, my tags weren't registered because I spent the majority of my income replacing the property that was stolen from my house! And the complex absolutely refuses to address any of these issues. The slightly less u pay in rent is not worth the danger or the poor service. I'm leaving immediately.

HORRIBLEEEE is nothing compared to this place, they management is very rude, with no education and no manners, the place is really insecure, robbers every month, the apartments are old, bad painting, and pretty bad ouside lighting, the pool is dirty, the gym have very old equipment, they people who work here, are not trained to answer to a costumer questions, the make you wait until there personals conversation ends to help you. the parking lots are always dirty and the trash cans even worst. I had a problem with the stove and it took 2 days for somebody to show up ans fix it. I was armed robbed just outside of my door, and police told me this complex has always reports of robbery. The management didn't say a thing about it. I'm Highly unsatisfied with this place and i would never recommend it, i have nothing good to say about this place or the employees.

We've had one pizza delivery man robbed. Two weeks later there was a drive by shooting. One bullet went right over a ladies head...

We've had one pizza delivery man robbed. Two weeks later there was a drive by shooting. One bullet went right over a ladies head while she was in her bed. Gunshots were very close to me. A week after that there was another drive by shooting. This time a little girl was almost shot while sleeping in her bed. We need security patrolling the grounds at night or put up security gate. Not happy with police swarming here all the time. Then a building over a man got shot three times and died in front of his apartment over they say was from him trying to sell his car. Men urinating in the parking lot at night. My friends do not feel safe to come over to visit.
