I past by these occasionally and it doesnt seem rough. Ive had a friend that stayed over there with her kids and she told me its a pretty decent place to live, Ive been trying to get in touch with them forever! Question: Does mill creek provide low income apartments?

LEDIC, WHY DID YOU LEAVE! The new owners have no idea how to conduct business. I have put in work order after work order, and yet NOTHING seems to get fixed. The guards harass you at the end of the day, even though you live here; which could all be avoided if they bothered to fix the gate. When I first moved here, I LOVED IT. Everyone in the office was friendly, If there was a problem with anything, maintenance fixed it within a great time period, there were literally no problems. Ever since these new owners came in April, I have been wanting to move.

My air stopped working on Sunday and I must say that Ashley, the property manager, and her team worked diligently to get it repaired. They also repaired the dry wall in my kitchen. I absolutely appreciate how hard you all are working to make Mill Creek a great place to live. I'm going to upgrade my rating to 5 stars based on their effort, alone. Update: I spoke with someone from the corporate office. He seemed to be genuinely concerned and took my complaints seriously. Hopefully, I'll see some progress as they hire adequate staff. Original post: When I first moved here over a year ago it was cool. Reasonable rent. There were roaches and gnats but I knew how to solve that problem on my own. No problems since. Not until Ledic sold the property to some trashy company. Management just likes the title but not the responsibilities that come with it. There was a leak upstairs that damaged my ceiling. I called the emergency line and they never responded. They haven't come by to check on water damage. They did come to fix my air tho, only problem was that it had been fixed a month before they got here. Just yesterday, I wake up to get ready for work and water is off. This was after 9a so I expected someone to be in the office. No one answered, SO I walked down there and she's in the office alone. A woman walked in seconds before me but she tried blaming not answering the phone on this woman. I asked was the water off and she said yes because a pipe burst. I said then why aren't you answering the phone. She looked dumbfounded for a second and said she was the only one there. What kind of property has 400 units and one property manager and 0 support staff. This place is trash now. It took someone getting murdered on the property for them to hire security and security only comes after dark and leaves around 2a or 3a. Then they have the audacity to leave notes on the doors about trash outside. No one leaves trash outside their doors. What they thought was trash outside my door was actually insect killer because they never spray and I don't pay rent for roaches to live in my home. So it sits outside my door because it has a strong odor. If you want my advice, don't move here. This company is greedy and maintenance is slow if they do come. Management doesn't follow through and doesn't answer the phone. I'm glad I signed only a 6 month lease because I wanna cuss the m out every time I have to go to the office.
