50% of this deposit is a move-in holding fee, which goes toward your full deposit at move-in.
If you decide not to move in and notify us more than 30 days before your move-in date, this holding fee can be refunded.
However, if you cancel within 30 days of your move-in, the holding fee becomes non-refundable.
Pets are negotiable with a non-refundable pet deposit, amount varies by pet type and size.
