The Sears Crosstown building has been home to many things over its almost 100-year history. Over 400,000 sqft on the upper floors of the building housed tens of thousands of unique products – goods that were pulled by hand, packaged and tied with the distinctive “Sears Knot,” then shipped out daily to one of over 650,000 customers in the region. These parcels were the lifeblood of the building, and when they stopped flowing, the building was forced into dormancy.
Today, the lifeblood of this building is you. This building has been by far the best possible place me and my boyfriend could have chosen to live in! From the start with the initial planning and moving process, Lindsey (and all the other wonderful leasing staff) have been SO helpful and quick to respond with all of our questions. They made the process quick and easy so that we could move in and get settled before the school semester got busy for us. The building is so convenient with so much to do and places to eat, and the community is so fun and kind. The process of us getting our new Kitty registered here was a piece of cake as well. I feel safe and secure here, which means the most to me and my boyfriend. Thanks to all the wonderful staff and security for their help over the past few months, definitely recommended!

Parcels leasing team is awesome! They have met every need, even anticipated some we didnt know we had, and have made moving to a new city easy. We love our apartment, and all the great amenities in the building are super convenient. Highly recommend the Parcels at Concourse!
Great and easy experience! Maintenance is quick & friendly, amenities are fantastic, & the 24/7 security officers do a great job.

This is such an awesome place to live! You never really have to leave! First the ladies in the office are very professional yet cool!
Living - I love the idea of being able to experience such an amazing and historic building. If you like lots of sunlight, try to find a unit with a south facing balcony. There are lots of great restaurants and a small market all within a few steps. I visit them often.
Working remotely - If I want to get out of the house I often set up my laptop to work from different spaces all over the entire building. Its fun to see/hear the random symphony playing in one of the atriums and piano playing in the other. Theres always something neat to see to help keep your mind free from stress while working. I never have a bad day here compared to having to deal with normal office dynamics.
Experiences - I use to ride by this building every day as a teenager and its amazing all the things the developers have done to transform this humongous space. Its a self contained community. Theres always something to do, from movies in the theater, the new Memphis Listening Lab, lots of curated activities, community events, exploring all the businesses, meeting new people as they come as go. Theres never a dull moment.
