I wish there was a negative star I could have given. The management is horrible. All they care is about looting money. They are rude and do not have common courtesy. It started from the day I 1st signed my lease. Even though I wanted the apt from 10 days later, they told me the apt will be rented out and I need to complete my paperwork now. Once I did and signed the lease they made me pay 10 additional days rent even though I had not gotten the keys nor moved in. Then 3 months prior they started bugging me every week to let them know if I will continue my lease or not. I was told that my lease will expire in the middle of the month and not end of the month as its some algorithm their system follows. I requested them for month to month extension which they dont do. I even asked for 10 days extra till end of month which too they denied. Then I had called for Uboxes which I confirmed from the leasing office that I will be keeping at the premises for 3-4 days to load stuff. Next afternoon another lady calls and says to move the boxes by evning or they will be towed. I went to speak to the manager as I have 2 babies under 2 and cannot load stuff within hours. But the manager used curse words and was extremely rude. Plus they charged us 60$ for changing the oven cooktop which I put brand new before leaving the apt. I have a proof of receipt of purchase as well as a video of the condition on my apt before I left it. See how the manager responds to 5 star reviews but not bother to see the concern of people who have had issues. I cannot begin to explain how disgusting the management here is. Im never coming back to this place. They will find ways to take your money and trust me they do not have well mannered people working here.

Worest management staff ever! They are changing their words and they even don't follow their own lease policy they gave us different prices in the same week! We are a family of five we have a baby below 24 months so the policy on the website allows us to live in a two bedrooms apartment however they said no it's 12 months not 24 months !!! Our baby is even below 12 month but she said he will turn 12 in 3 month so you will have to vacate the apartment!!! Is life guaranteed? What if a pragnant lady want to take 1 bedroom apartment will she vacate because she will have new baby? This is ridiculous they try to cheat us to take an expensive apartment Please stay away of them !!!

DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!!! they are very rude, do not care about residents only about business and money, maintenance very bad I have been in this apartment for three years and i always complain about the air condition every summer and until now they didnt replace it! Also they very very pricey, they charge you an unfair amount of money if you break the lease.

Orchard Village is the epitome of luxury living. A Manchester front property with everything you could dream of and more. I appreciate the grounds, beautiful flowers, and my favorite trees, the Japanese Maples throughout the property. I appreciate the time, energy, and money Orchard Village invest in the community and residents. The residents parties are amazing and i have met so many great friends and neighbors. I feel like I am apart of a family living at Orchard Village. The staff including maintenance has made the transition to apartment living fun and stress-free. They go above and beyond and take care of all my needs. They even love my puppy and give her dog treats when I stop in the office. Which I visit frequently for the free Starbucks, tanning, and 24 hour fitness center. I have never rented an apartment that felt truly like home until I moved in to Orchard Village. I love coming home, hosting parties, and investing in my apartment! I have referred so many friends and love where I live. This organization definitely is doing things right!

Please avoid renting in this property. They are Dishonest, rude and expensive -. I haven't lived here but I can say all the above for sure. I dropped by their leasing office last year and the prices were insanely high comparatively with the other apartments around.my review here isn't because what I experienced, it's because of something a friend of mine had to go through today. He and his wife live with an infant and a toddler. They were going to vacate their house today and called up the leasing office to check if they allowed U Haul boxes on the property. After the leasing office confirmed, they went ahead and ordered them and parked them in front of their house so that they could load all their stuff in it. All of a sudden the manager of the property started harassing them that she will get it towed. She even went ahead and cursed him which is unacceptable. All of it after confirming that he was allowed to get the boxes. Creating hassle and discomfort to the entire family. They don't give a damn about the customer's experience. Better not to give em any business.!
