Update: Richard and Kimberly are still courteous property managers. Posting as a long-time tenant at Yahara Landing Apartments, I have appreciated the timely response to my maintenance requests over the years. As another reviewer has noted, this is an older property. It is adjacent to Tenney Park and nestled in a woodsy corner. NEW UPDATE. 6/13/22 Richard and Kimberly are gone now, but I will always remember Kimberly's words to me: "I don't know anything, I just work here." Priceless.

Ive lived at Yahara Landing for over two years now and its a really good value, especially for the size of the unit. Some of the features we really enjoy: right on bus line, in unit laundry, dishwasher, underground and off street parking, fireplace, cat friendly, large closets, balcony, and pool. The court yard is also nice with large mature trees and fairly private. The staff, especially Richard, and maintenance team responded well to making necessary updates in our apartment when we moved in. In general, this is an old apartment complex but the WMC has slowly been making updates like new carpeting in the hallways and power washing the garage. I hope they continue to update the units and keep this complex in the affordable price range. Thanks to the staff for your consistent hard work!

The maintenance also I can't tell anything about them but they are so much nice, understandable and professional as well. I feel they don't take their residents as business but they treat them as family. I knew I made the right choice when I decided to move here.
