I am a graduate student at UW and I live in a 1 bedroom in University Bay. During my undergraduate years at Clemson University, I struggled with my fair share of terrible landlords. For this reason, I was very cautious of Goldleaf Development but I was so pleasantly surprised! My building is quiet and well kept. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and I have only ever dealt with friendly, understanding staff in the office. I love that I have access to the Casa Blanca gym, pool, and sauna. The gym is small and it does get a little crowded from 5-7PM on weekdays but not so bad that I can't workout. I always receive e-mails explaining if there are issues that are being fixed and when they will be done. Goldleaf also gives each apartment a little monthly flyer with a couple articles geared towards college students and a calendar that has events on it. They host holiday events and decorating competitions and even handed out winter holiday goodie bags to each apartment. I am very happy with my apartment and the management team!
