She has been such a pleasure to work with and you can tell she is there for her residents 110%. If you are looking for a nice place in Madison to live with a wonderful property rep, The View apartments are for you! We will miss being residents here for sure!

I stayed at The View for 7 months and I had nothing short of a positive experience. The location is ideal, and the complex is surrounded by a quiet neighborhood which was ideal for walking my dogs. Holly Rivera, the Property Manager, is amazing! Lisa Rezna, the Leasing Consultant, was also wonderful. The apartment complex is always clean, has respectful tenants, and always felt safe and secure.

I stayed at The View for over a year and would have continued much longer if my job didn't require me to move. The staff is great, the facilities are very nice, and, you can't beat the view (you will know pretty quickly why it's called The View).

I fell in love with beautiful, quiet neighborhood and there are new businesses coming in all the time. Would highly recommend!
