would only recommend this apartment if it's one of your last resorts and you're set on a downtown location w parking.
pros:
-underground parking
-controlled access
-great location
-fairly good communication
-utilities included
-good heat/ac
cons:
-very VERY buggy. i have never had so many spiders in an apartment before and couldn't open the sliding door at all because of this
-water is really hard
-parking garage flooded monthly and made it smell like sewage
-LOUD especially on weekends and nights
-frustratingly slow maintenance. garage door broke and couldn't get cars out for a solid few days. it's moving week and the elevator was down for a full week
